Easy Cinnamon Roll Bread

Cinnamon Roll Bread is a delightful and sweet treat that combines the flavors of a classic cinnamon roll with the convenience of a simple bread recipe. Here’s an easy recipe for making Cinnamon Roll Bread:

Ingredients:

For the bread:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the cinnamon swirl:

  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

For the glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch (23×13 cm) loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, combine the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. The batter will be quite thick.
  5. In a separate small bowl, mix the sugar and ground cinnamon for the cinnamon swirl.
  6. Pour half of the bread batter into the greased loaf pan.
  7. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon swirl mixture evenly over the batter.
  8. Add the remaining bread batter on top.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon swirl mixture over the second layer of batter.
  10. Use a knife to create swirls by gently dragging it through the batter and cinnamon mixture.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick or skewer inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
  12. While the bread is baking, prepare the glaze by mixing the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until you have a smooth, drizzle-able glaze.
  13. Once the bread is done, let it cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack. Drizzle the glaze over the warm bread.
  14. Allow the bread to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
