Air fryer chocolate chip cookies

Air fryer chocolate chip cookies are a quick and delicious treat that you can whip up in no time. Here’s a simple recipe to get you started:

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  2. 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  3. 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  4. 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, softened
  5. 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
  6. 1/2 cup of brown sugar, packed
  7. 1 egg
  8. 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  9. 1 cup of chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set this dry mixture aside.
  2. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until a cookie dough forms. Finally, fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of cookie dough and place them on a parchment paper-lined air fryer basket. Leave enough space between each cookie as they will spread during cooking.
  7. Cook the cookies in the air fryer for about 6-8 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown. Keep a close eye on them to prevent overcooking.
  8. Once done, carefully remove the cookies from the air fryer basket and let them cool on a wire rack.
  9. Enjoy your freshly baked air fryer chocolate chip cookies with a glass of milk or your favorite beverage!

Note: Cooking times may vary slightly depending on the brand and model of your air fryer, so it’s a good idea to check the cookies periodically as they cook.
